Your health and wellness is our top priority. The impact of COVID-19 is growing everyday and our hearts go out to all those who have been impacted by this unprecedented crisis. We wanted to share some precautionary measures Pure Bloom is taking to ensure our products continue to maintain their highest quality and safety standards you expect.

Working remotely, connecting digitally.  Our team’s wellness is a priority and the majority of our team continues to work normal business hours safely from their homes.  Each member has all available digital tools to successfully continue to provide the fast, best-in-class service you love and need to make good purchasing decisions. We understand Pure Bloom is part of your daily wellness routine and you rely on regular shipments, especially in these stressful times. This crisis will not impact the availability of our customer experience team nor will it impact the fulfillment of your orders. As long as USPS, UPS and FedEx continued to normally operate, our team will ensure you receive your Pure Bloom products arrive in a timely manner.

Ensuring health and safety first, always. Pure Bloom continues to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety in the industry. All Pure Bloom products are exclusively formulated using USDA certified 100% organic hemp sustainably-grown on US farms, manufactured in certified cGMP and FDA compliant facilities and continue to be triple tested to ensure potency and purity in ISO/IEC-accredited laboratories. All final products are shipped out from our fulfillment center by a limited team. Our fulfillment team continues to take all preventative safety measures to monitor their own health;

utilize additional hand sanitation stations between each customer shipment; and improve regular efforts to sanitize the fulfillment center with CDC-approved disinfectants. 

Taking care of one another. During this crisis, we will be donating a portion of our profits to local organizations supporting vulnerable women, families and elderly patients who need food assistance and direct relief during this time. As this crisis continues to frequently change and much is still unknown, it is important stay calm, practice simple acts of compassion and continue to BE KIND TO EACH OTHER.  We will all get through this together!  

Our team will continue to monitor this situation and latest recommendations from the CDC and World Health Organizations. As well as, make adjustments to our current action plan as needed or product development pipeline.
